Consultations · II
A discreet, respectful service built around your medical history, suitability, individual goals and ongoing review. Initial consultation £50, follow-ups £25.
The approach
Weight is medical, personal and often frustrating. Jodie's consultations start with listening: your history, what you have tried, your health, and what you want life to look like. Only then does the conversation turn to what may be suitable.
Suitability is assessed properly, including conditions, medications and anything that would make a particular approach unsafe or unwise. Where a clinical option is appropriate, it is explained plainly, with its limitations and risks alongside its benefits.
Nothing on this page is a promise of a particular treatment. Whether one is appropriate is decided with you, in person.

The Glow-Up Series
Before she was helping other women, Jodie was the one who felt stuck. In this series she talks honestly about rebuilding her life after the end of a 23-year marriage, what being a woman who looks after everyone else does to your health, and what a real glow-up means. Watch in order, from the first step to the consultation.
Episode 01
After 23 years of marriage ended, Jodie felt she had lost herself. She talks about the moment something clicked, and the small first steps that became the foundation for everything after.
Episode 02
Like so many women, Jodie thought she just needed more willpower. Here she explains why blaming yourself rarely works, and how understanding your body changes everything.
Episode 03
Good all day, then reaching for something sweet every evening. Jodie talks about the Monday restarts, and what stress, hormones and sleep have to do with it.
Episode 04
Most women don't need more willpower, they need more understanding. Why the first step isn't finding the perfect diet.
Episode 05
One of the questions Jodie hears most. Hunger is shaped by hormones, sleep, stress, protein and how busy life has become, and you don't have to struggle with it on your own.
Episode 06
Skipping meals and living on coffee often backfires. Jodie on why nourishing your body, rather than punishing it, makes healthier choices easier.
Episode 07
The hardest part can be deciding you deserve to feel better. Not one huge transformation, just one thing you can do for yourself today.
Episode 08
Years of looking after everyone else left Jodie running on empty. Recognising when to slow down, sleep, move and say no, and why that isn't selfish.
Episode 09
Becoming happier wasn't about having everything. It was noticing good things again, laughing more and saying yes. A glow-up is more than what's in the mirror.
Episode 10
When did you last do something purely because you wanted to? On putting yourself back on your own priority list, without loving anyone less.
Episode 11
People assume Jodie's glow-up was about losing weight. She explains why the biggest change happened in her head, and what the series is really about.
Episode 12
"This is me a few years ago." Jodie on treating weight as something to get help with, not a test of character, and what happens when you come and see her.
Videos are Jodie's personal reflections and general wellbeing information, not individual medical advice. Any treatment is discussed only after a face-to-face consultation.

Continuity of care
A weight management plan that stops at the first appointment isn't a plan. Jodie's service includes scheduled reviews, with the same clinician each time.
History, suitability, baseline measurements where relevant, and an honest discussion of options including non-clinical ones.
Progress, tolerability and any concerns reviewed at agreed intervals, with adjustments made clinically rather than by guesswork.
Between reviews you can reach the practice with questions. You will always know who is looking after you.
