Appointments and cancellations
Consultation fees are set out on the your appointment page and cover Jodie's time and clinical assessment. Please give at least 48 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment so the time can be offered to someone else. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice and missed appointments are charged a £50 cancellation fee. Full details are in our patient & booking terms.
Prescribing standards
Jodie prescribes only following a face-to-face consultation and documented clinical assessment, in line with NMC guidance. Prescription-only medicines are not advertised on this website. Treatment decisions are made individually, with you, and you are free to decline at any point.
Feedback and complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please tell Jodie directly first. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through conversation. Formal complaints are acknowledged within three working days and answered in full within twenty. Our complaints procedure explains the steps and how to escalate to the Nursing and Midwifery Council if you remain dissatisfied.
