Jodie's practice is built on an unfashionable idea: that the consultation is the treatment's most important part. Before anything is prescribed or planned, she wants to understand your history, your health, what you are hoping for, and whether what you have in mind is actually the right thing for you.
That sometimes means recommending less than you expected, or nothing at all. It always means an honest conversation, realistic expectations and a plan you understand.
For aesthetic prescribing, Jodie works to the Nursing and Midwifery Council's requirement for a face-to-face consultation and documented clinical assessment before any prescription for an elective cosmetic procedure. She considers this the standard every patient should expect.
